We're back to our normal broadcasting now that vacation time is over! Well, almost normal, a funky week at work threw a wrench in some of our days...here's the scoop!
Tuesday: 2 mile run; Time: 26 minutes
Thursday: Gym, core/strength training circuit
Friday: off--that darn work!
Hopefully I'll get in an extra day this weekend to make up for the madness this week!
